New requirements for all passengers arriving in Dubai from 31 January 2021

From January 31, 2021, all passengers arriving in Dubai from any country in the world (including from the GCC countries) must have a certificate with a negative PCR test result received no later than 72 hours before departure.

UAE nationals are exempt from the above requirement, but must have a PCR test upon arrival at Dubai Airport.

Passengers arriving in Dubai from certain countries will need to take another PCR test upon arrival at Dubai Airport.

Passengers transiting through Dubai must comply with the entry requirements for the respective country of destination.
